Dr. Weick

Dr. Weick

Veterinarian

Dr. Weick is from Frankfort, Kentucky. She had wanted to become a veterinarian since she was five years old and started to persue her dream of becoming a veterinarian when she began volunteering with Alley Cat Advocates in Louisville, KY after her undergraduate studies. She attended the University of Louisville and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in studio art in 2011. Seeing what an impact the veterinarians and other volunteers were making for community cats (and people, too) renewed her interest in veterinary medicine, and she decided to go back to school for a few classes and apply to veterinary school. Dr. Weick received her doctorate from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. Her special interests include feline medicine and surgery, general surgery, and exotics. She lives with her boyfriend and their two cats, Edward and Anchovy. Dr. Weick loves traveling and experiencing new places and foods.
