Visiting us
Where are you located?
We are at 8090 Blue Diamond Rd #100, Las Vegas, NV 89178, on Blue Diamond Road in Mountain's Edge. We proudly serve the pets of southwest Las Vegas and beyond.
What days are you open?
We are open seven days a week, with walk-in service available.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday, 7:00am to 4:00pm. Sunday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No. We offer walk-in service. We do recommend an appointment, because it keeps your wait short.
Paying for care
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, debit cards, cash, and CareCredit. Payment is due at the time of service.
Can I make payments?
Yes. We offer payment plans. Contact us and we will go through the options with you.
Do you take CareCredit?
Yes. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that lets you pay for care over time, with no interest if the balance is paid in full within a promotional period.
How does pet insurance work?
Most pet insurance plans have you pay at the time of service and then submit a claim for reimbursement. We are happy to provide an itemized receipt. We recommend checking your specific policy for what it covers.
