What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that can include your name, address, phone number, email address, details about your pet, your pet's medical history, and any files you choose to attach, such as a vaccination record, a resume or a copy of an identification document.
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. Payment happens at the hospital.
How we use it
We use it to do the thing you asked for: register you as a client, book or prepare for a visit, arrange boarding, fill a prescription request, transfer records, answer a question, or consider a job application. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to us by the service that hosts this website. Appointment booking is handled by Weave, and online prescription refills are handled by Covetrus. Both open in a new tab and are governed by their own privacy policies rather than this one. We share information with anyone else only when you ask us to, such as sending records to another veterinarian, or when the law requires it.
Medical records
Veterinary medical records are kept in our practice management system, not on this website. A form submitted here is transferred into that system and handled the same way as a form you would fill out at the front desk. To request a copy or a transfer, use the Records Request Form or call us.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained for as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them for, and for as long as our record-keeping obligations require. If you want something removed, contact us and we will tell you what we can and cannot delete.
Cookies and analytics
This site stores your accessibility preferences in your own browser, using local storage, so that choices like larger text or high contrast are still set the next time you visit. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us. Embedded content, such as the map on our contact page, is loaded from a third party and may set its own cookies.
Your choices
You can use this site without submitting anything. Every form is optional, and you can always call us at 702-944-8440 instead. You can clear the accessibility preferences this site stores by using the Reset button in the accessibility panel, or by clearing site data in your browser.
Children's information
This site is intended for adults arranging care for their animals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
